Our Team

Andrew Palmer, our has been directly involved in the “out of home” advertising industry for almost two decades. His broad range of operational and project management experience in various industries is a key asset. After a rewarding career as an Officer with the Australian Regular Army, Andrew ventured into the private sector, making valuable contributions to some of Australia’s largest companies including Brambles Industries Limited and Transpacific Industries. In 2003, he founded ASP Services, bringing his wealth of knowledge and skill to our dynamic team.

Brad, after a 25-year corporate career with Westpac and Ampol/Caltex, in 2008 he co-founded Phoenix Outdoor (Phoenix), an out-of-home advertising company.  Under Brad's stewardship as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Phoenix quickly became a leader in digital small format signage.  He is experienced in the setup, operation, management and maintenance of digital networks.  In 2020 the Phoenix business was acquired by a major outdoor advertising company and after a short hiatus, Brad joined ASP Services to assist in cementing the business as a leading supplier to the out-of-home industry.

Julie-ann's role is central to our smooth operations and efficient workflow. Her exceptional organisational skills and diligent management contribute greatly to our team's success.

Fred is our go-to person for operations management around Australia. Fred's leadership and hands-on approach are integral to our high-standard service delivery.

Mathew ensures seamless operations and top-tier service delivery in New South Wales. His keen eye for detail and proactive approach play a crucial role in the success of the business.
